Open Balkans/ Serbia and Macedonia win, Albania loses
Look, for a moment I will choose to look coldly at this issue of Open-Balkan. So away from politics, patriotism, emotion, etc., etc. Just pure girocastrite math. The main agreement signed today in Skopje is that of facilitating import and export. To clarify - in the international trade competition, each country aims to strengthen its exports. So sell your goods abroad and bring money from abroad and put it inside the country. And of course, diplomatic "favor" is given to those countries where goods are exported, because of course there is the "dough" from which the economy of a country develops. Read also: No Content Available Now what happens to the market of the three countries that signed the agreement today, referring to Albania. In 2020, Serbia sold about 280 million Euros of goods to Albania.Albania has sold Cambodia WhatsApp Number Data about 55 million Euros to Serbia. Macedonia has sold about 210 million Euros of goods to Albania. Albania has sold 70 million Euros to Macedonia. Now, what are we doing, what are we doing to the economies of Serbia and Macedonia? Because we sell a total of 125 million Euros (Serbia+Macedonia) in these two countries, while both of them together sell 490 million Euros in Albania per year. So it seems that 365 million euros in cash leave Albania and go to Serbia and Macedonia. Of course, the agreement will facilitate trade and increase volumes, but if the increase in trade will be 2%, it is very likely that Albania will sell 2.5 million euros more to Serbia and Macedonia (so from 125 to 127 million ), while Serbia and Macedonia will sell 10 million Euros more to Albania (from 490 to almost 500). They win, we lose.

It's easy. We will get more Euros out of the country. Inserting in vain with a babble.. And the most unbearable is the fact that Kosovo, which is one of the countries that Albanians export the most, we put the beam in Kukës and get 22 Euros per trailer. Today, as we speak, Kosovo buys about 1.1 million tons of goods in Albania. Albania exports about 4 million Tons of goods in total all over the world and ¼ of all the goods (as volumetric weight) that we sell abroad is taken by Kosovo. So ¼ of all trailers, barges, trucks and autobots that sell Albanian goods go to Kosovo. Meanwhile, Albania, instead of thinking about how to ease the work of these Kosovar trucks, how to make it easier for them, how to help those who do not have obstacles, goes and deals with Serbia and Macedonia. Or to deal with Italy, Greece or Germany, which are the main export countries.
